Ongoing Project - Tirupati Trident
Located on Deva–Kursi Road, is a 66 acres township, 5 km away from Deva and 5 km from Kursi.
We are committed to build a state-of-the-art drainage system, provide electricity, metalled road,
and provide for a security gate. We have begun a tree plantation drive, after which we will develop
play grounds and parks, The high point would be the setting up of a natural pond with a jogging track.
The township is barely 20 minutes from Gomti Nagar, 13 kms from TELCO, 10 km from Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial University.
It is located besides the Sharda canal which is lush green, and boasts of natural flora and fauna that accentuates
the beauty of the pond. Covered with date trees, it has both residential as well as commercial space.
We plan row houses to add to the township’s aesthetic appeal.
